James Henderson

Meet Author James Henderson

James C. Henderson is an attorney, author, and volunteer missionary. He is a naturalized American of Scottish and Dutch descent.

Mission Experience: As a volunteer missionary he participated for two decades in building schools, Bible colleges, and churches in Haiti and Belize. During this period, he also assisted in establishing a medical and dental clinic in Haiti. In 2013 he and his wife Nancy joined other volunteer missionaries and traveled to Ongole, India to help build a church and assist in evangelistic work. Their goal was to leave a small legacy of hope and faith in a better world to come while relieving distress, poverty, and ignorance.

Academic and Professional Experience: Henderson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and History from Newbold College, England in 1974, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Pepperdine University, California in 1978. He was placed on the Dean's Honor List in recognition of Academic Excellence in the study of Law for the academic year 1977-1978. He served for two years as a law professor and assistant Dean at a private law school in Redlands, California, before establishing Henderson Law Firm in 1980. After initially engaging in family law, criminal law, and product liability, he focused on personal injury law. His practice was characterized by a deep commitment to clients suffering from catastrophic injuries. Semi-retired, Henderson remains an active member of the California State Bar Association. He continues to counsel injured clients and refer them to experienced and qualified colleagues.

Author with a Motive: Despite a busy legal practice, his interest in promoting health and healing, led him to author two books criticizing modern pharmaceutical medicine and the legal foundations of medical practice law. His first book was "Indicted! Nutritional Healing vs The Pharmaceutical Suppression of Symptoms" (2009), republished as Death Came in a White Robe: 5 Reasons to Indict Big Pharma (2018). Written in the courtroom trial setting of an Appeal to the Public serving as a Grand Jury, Henderson examines six rampant chronic diseases and contrasts the healing efficacy of natural medicine with the failure of poisonous pharmaceutical drugs to cure diseases. Henderson draws two startling conclusions: First, modern drug medicine is no longer about restoring health but managing diseases for profit. Secondly, all diseases are ultimately due to violating the divine laws of life, therefore healing must involve a return to the Creator's laws of health. The cure of disease is found in the cause.

James HendersonHoping to achieve an even greater impact on the practice of medicine and to provide a more fundamental scientific and legal approach to medical malpractice law, Henderson published his second book Whisper of the Serpent: How a False Religious Theory of Knowledge Destroyed Ancient and Modern Science and Medicine. "Institute for the Advancement of Learning". The Whisper is a tour de force through 2,500 years of the conflict between empirical and rationalistic science and medicine, which Henderson succinctly sums up in one bold assertion: Worldviews do matter - they determine the meaning of life and our place in the universe. But worldviews are merely a product of our concept of origins. We have only two real choices: The divine-creator origin of man and the universe or the animal origin of man via a contrived evolutionary pathway. The evolutionary model of origins produces a false rationalistic science. Only a creationist view of origins can give rise to a true theory of knowledge and empirical science. If the science is false, the medicine will be false. If the law, courts of justice, and government agencies are also captured by false rationalistic science, neither the patient nor the plaintiff can achieve justice. For this reason, Henderson asserts, the government must never be given control of medicine or healthcare. The checks and balances of the Free Marketplace are adequate to safeguard the health of individuals and society. A government-sponsored medical monopoly is responsible for more deaths than all the wars of mankind.

Lectures, Prophetic Charts, and Books: As a lifelong student of Bible prophecy, Henderson's writing career has also explored other fields of interest: Creating charts outlining the historical and time prophecies of Daniel and Revelation to support his lectures, seminars, and books on Bible prophecy and current events. The book Jerusalem: The Grand Prize, surveys the causes of the perpetual Middle East wars and conflicts: He asserts that Jews, Muslims, Catholics, and Evangelicals, all claiming descent from Abraham, have end-time scripts demanding exclusive control of Jerusalem; all feature Jerusalem as the Capital of their coming Messianic kingdom. Henderson concludes they can't all be right; but more ominously, the claim that one's messiah is the other's Antichrist is the receipt for perpetual conflict. His next book, Daniel's Last Stand in two volumes, explores the relevancy of Daniel's prophecies to both the individual and current world affairs. He draws attention to Daniel 11:44 which forecasts a coming war of annihilation between the West and the East. The book Evangelical Civil War: Will the Religious Right Defeat the Christian Zionists & the Marxist Religious Left and Seize Political Power? examines the civil war of ideas within evangelical Christianity - will Christians be raptured out of a doomed world or will politically active Christians usurp the reins of governments, recreating the Papal Church-Empire of the Dark Ages?

His latest book, From the Ghettos to the Thrones of Europe: Volumne 1:The Ghettos: The Bloody Years., chronicles the life and activities of the Jews in the Ghettos of Europe over 1,700 years. For him, this work was a virtual trail of tears as he labored to reconstruct what life must have been like for his maternal Sephardic ancestors. A consummate historian of political, philosophical, prophetic, and religious themes, Henderson places the Ghettos in the setting of the power dynamics, and ideological interactions during this period of Jewish banishment leading up to their final restoration to the holy land. The Ghettos is an in-depth exposition of Christ's prophecy in Luke 21:24 which decreed the return of the exiled Jews to Palestine after 1798 when the Papal Roman Gentiles ceased to control world affairs. Henderson concludes that the Jews have a conditional right to return to their ancestral homeland for it is the God of Abraham who distributes the nations on earth and determines the bounds of their habitation (Acts 17:26). That condition includes living in peaceful harmony with their Semitic cousins - as they stipulated to do in the Balfour Declaration of 1917. Of course, both parties must desire peace. However, a significant breach of this condition of peaceful coexistence by the present Ashkenazi government of Israel may result in their displacement once more as hinted in Daniel 12:7 (last clause).

Reforming America's Institutions: Henderson's latest project is the creation of the "Institute for the Advancement of Learning." Imitating Sir Frances Bacon's Advancement of Learning, which helped pull Europe out of the Dark Ages, Henderson endeavors to restore America's Institutions of law, knowledge, medicine, and science, before she slides irrevocably into a New Dark Age. He insightfully recognizes that when America abandoned its reason for its existence - the Creation model of origins as the basis of limited government and inalienable human rights and Liberty - and adopted the pantheistic/evolutionary model of origins that recognizes no absolutes, there was a flight from Truth in all our Institutions of learning. The Creation model provided modern science and all branches of learning with their methodology - the systematic gathering and appraisal of all the facts - and their ethics, based on God's moral absolutes, without which society implodes on itself. Henderson concludes that before America and its Institutions can be reclaimed from the global elite who now tyrannizes over her, she must first be transformed by the grace of God; and her institutions restored to reflect the Laws and Institutions the Creator gave to man at Eden. Scholars in all fields are invited to submit articles for his "Institution for the Advancement of Learning."

Who's whoWho's Who Inductee: On April 16, 2024, James Henderson was presented with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award by Marquis Who's Who in America.*

* In 1849 the world's first Who's Who was published in London. It was a handbook of titled classes in England and listed only names. Decades later Albert Nelson Marquis, the founder of the Chicago-based publishing house A.N. Marquis and Company, decided to create an American version but with biographical sketches. In 1899, the first Who's Who in America was published. It featured entries on 8,602 people. Marquis served as the book's editor-in-chief and maintained strict standards on inclusion. Under his guidance, Who's Who in America became widely regarded as the standard, authoritative work of contemporary biography for the United States. Britannica.
